Parc Mosaic was built for Boulder. As a ground-up development in Boulder’s burgeoning Arapahoe Ridge neighborhood, Parc Mosaic was developed to cater to an active lifestyle that lives outdoors. The brand for this community appealed to “native” Coloradans who prioritized environmental consciousness, outdoor recreation, and high-end finishes in their home.

The ask was to develop a brand-new website for funneling prospective renters interested in pre-leasing.
